Sean Myers focuses on identifying and securing residential, multifamily, and mixed-use land opportunities in Florida. He works in the Orlando office of Land Advisors Organization.

Sean began his real estate career in 1995, completing land acquisitions totaling over 7,000 acres. He has spearheaded a land-banking and development pipeline of 7,800 lots with a final sales value exceeding $310 million for national home builders.

In 2009, Sean moved into distressed and value-add apartment transactions, eventually acquiring a 40% ownership interest in a property management firm responsible for more than 600 units.

In 2019, Sean and his co-owner in the property management company, Raul Veitia, began building single-family homes for both sale and rent. As of 2026, they have produced over 100 new homes across Marion, Brevard, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Lake counties.

Sean has deep experience in entitlements, permitting, and development across Florida. He recently permitted and sold a 25-acre site for a 213-unit Class A build-to-rent community, now a Taylor Morrison Yardly-branded project — a transaction brokered by his LAO Orlando colleague Mike Ripley. Sean is also finalizing permitting on a 135-lot single-family project in Leesburg, FL.

Sean holds a B.S. from Florida State University and an M.B.A. from Duke University.

Sean is keenly motivated to help landowners maximize the value and marketability of their properties, and to identify and deliver new projects to land developers, home builders, and multifamily builders as part of the Land Advisors Organization.
