PERRIS, Calif. — Land Advisors Organization announced the sale of Green Valley Planning Area 13B, known as Ironwood, to Lennar. The approximately 9-acre property, located southeast of Fieldstone Drive and Goetz Road in Perris, California, is approved for 106 two-story attached townhomes within the Green Valley master-planned community.
Ironwood will introduce an attached housing option within the established Green Valley community, with planned homes ranging from approximately 1,410 to 1,765 square feet. The property has an approved Tentative Tract Map, and Lennar will now advance the site through the remaining development process. The community is currently anticipated to open for sale in Q1 2028.
The transaction represents continued progress within the broader Green Valley master plan. As development moves forward, additional planning areas within Green Valley are expected to be offered for sale in the future.
