The property was sold for $40,000,000 by CGI+ to JPI Companies. Land Advisors Organization also facilitated the previous sale of the site to CGI+ in 2022.
The resort style project, complete with roof deck, represents an exceedingly rare opportunity to develop an institutional -quality community west of the 405 freeway in the South Bay.
