Tim specializes in representing investors, developers and builders seeking residential and mixed-use opportunities in metropolitan Los Angeles County. As an “urban infill” specialist, Tim advises developers and builders across a spectrum of residential development product types including single family housing, institutional apartments, affordable and senior housing, and high density mixed-use projects.
Since joining the California Division of Land Advisors Organization in 2006, Tim has played an integral role in the sale of more than 5,300 units/lots for consideration exceeding $850 million.
Before his tenure at Land Advisors Organization, Tim worked in the Environmental Planning Department of Parsons Brinkerhoff where he was involved in writing Environmental Impact Reports for government infrastructure projects nationwide.
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Analysis and Design from the University of California, Irvine. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and a candidate for a Certificate in Light Construction and Development Management from the University of California, Irvine.
Tim is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group, and the Building Industry Association.
