As a Founding Principal of Land Advisors Organization, Terry Ruckle has an extensive history in the real estate industry, and provides his clients with unparalleled market knowledge and a broad network of industry relationships.  During Terry’s +25-year career, he has played an integral role in the sale of more than 130,000 residential units for consideration exceeding $5 billion.  Today, Terry specializes in the sale of residential land in Ventura County and the Los Angeles basin.

Terry began his career at Grubb & Ellis, as an industrial land broker in the Ontario office, participating in and closing more than $80 million in transactions. In 1993, Terry transferred to Grubb & Ellis’ City of Industry office to specialize in residential subdivisions.

In 1997, Terry established the California Division of Land Advisors Organization, previously known as Park Place Partners, Inc., along with Co-founding Principals, Brian Carricaburu and Jeff Spindler.  In March 2009, Park Place Partners, Inc., California’s largest residential land brokerage and advisory firm, merged platforms with Land Advisors Organization, based in Scottsdale, Arizona.  The combined platform is the only national brokerage and advisory network dedicated to the residential land development industry with offices located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Texas and Utah.

In 2011, Terry received the P.A.R.K. Award which is given by his peers for his professionalism, ambition, respectability and knowledge.

Terry is a licensed California Real Estate Professional, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
