As a full time Coachella Valley resident since 2005 and someone active in the political community; Stone joined Land Advisors Organization in 2008 and specializes in representing investors, developers and builders seeking development and investment opportunities throughout the Coachella Valley, Imperial County and Yucca Valley. In his role as Marketing Consultant at Land Advisors’ California Division, Stone brings hands-on experience as a former land acquisitions professional for two of the nation’s top home builders (Richmond American Homes & Toll Brothers), a former marketing consultant for O’Donnell/Atkins Land Brokerage firm, and as a current Planning Commissioner. In these roles Stone has managed more than $225,000,000 of land transactions. As a professional who works in both the private and public sectors, Stone understands what it takes to entitle, develop and sell a winning project.

In addition to being a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Stone graduated with honors from the University of Southern California’s Master of Real Estate Development program. Stone earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

As an individual interested in developing and promoting best practices within the real estate industry, Stone remains active in both the Urban Land Institute and the Desert Valley Builders’ Association as a participant and periodic panelist. Stone served as a ULI Inland Empire Executive Committee member for five years and remains active in the community as a sworn mountain rescue, EMT and patrol reserve deputy for the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department.
