As an integral part of the Organization since 1989, Mike brings a wealth of experience to his clients, specializing in master planned community development, residential lot developments, investment acreage, and site selection services for various end users.  His geographic area of specialization encompasses the northwestern portion of Maricopa County, Arizona, including the municipalities of Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, Buckeye, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, and Avondale.

As a licensed Sales Agent in State of Arizona since 1986, Mike has provided his clients with experienced brokerage services including the exclusive listing, marketing and sale of planned community acreage and lots, finished lot subdivision inventory, vacant land and infill parcels. He is experienced in facilitating property due diligence work and the entitlement process, and is very familiar with the various political landscape nuances in the municipalities within his area of specialization.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate (with a minor in Finance) from Arizona State University in 1987. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona and Western Maricopa Coalition. Mike is active in the community as a Trustee with St. Luke’s Health Initiatives and as a Board member of the Hon Kachina Council.
