With over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, Kirk possesses deep market insight and transactional expertise, overseeing all land transactions in the Casa Grande area. In 1986, Kirk was the founding broker for McCarville Realty and Investments, Inc. which became Palo Verde Land and Investments, LLC in 1995. Kirk has specialized in land brokerage for industrial, commercial and agricultural clients, earning a CCIM designation in 2000.
Kirk has served on numerous boards in the Casa Grande area, including the Industrial Development Authority for the City of Casa Grande, the Greater Casa Grande Valley Economic Development foundation, the Casa Grande Boys and Girls Club and the Casa Grande Downtown Association and served on the Casa Grande City Council for 8 years.
He has been recognized for his work in Downtown Redevelopment and Historic Preservation, winning the State Main Street/ Governor’s Award in 1993 and Arizona Preservation Foundation award in 1999. The Mandel & Meyer Building won the 2005 Main Street Award for best Historic Preservation Project, as well as, the Governor’s Heritage Preservation Honor Award in 2006. In 1997, Kirk was a finalist for Arizona Main Street Individual of the Year.
A lifelong resident of Casa Grande, Kirk graduated from Mississippi State University in 1980 with a Bachelors Degree in Agronomy.
