As a Founding Principal of Land Advisors Organization-California Division, Brian Carricaburu has an extensive history in the real estate industry, and provides his clients with unparalleled market knowledge and a broad network of industry relationships.  In Brian’s +20-year career, he has played an integral role in the sale of more than 130,000 residential units for consideration exceeding $5 billion.  Today, Brian specializes in the sale of residential land and master plan projects in West Riverside County.

Brian began his career at Grubb & Ellis with the Industrial Land Division. Brian participated in transactions totaling over $50,000,000, where he leased and/or sold over 1.5 million square feet of industrial product and 2,625 acres of land.  He later transferred to Grubb & Ellis’ Newport Beach office to specialize in the sale of residential subdivisions.

In 1997, Brian established Park Place Partners, Inc., along with Co-founding Principals, Jeff Spindler and Terry Ruckle.  In March 2009, Park Place Partners, Inc., California’s largest residential land brokerage and advisory firm, merged platforms with Land Advisors Organization, based in Scottsdale, Arizona.  The combined platform is the only national brokerage and advisory network dedicated to the residential land development industry with offices located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Texas and Utah.

Brian is a licensed California Real Estate Professional, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Finance from the University of California at Riverside, where he was also a member of the baseball team.
