Chad T. Russell, P.C.  is an 13-year veteran of the real estate industry, bringing a comprehensive and extensive history of sales, marketing and industry experience to the Land Advisors Organization.

Prior to Land Advisors Organization, Chad worked as a senior broker at Cowen Commercial, LLC and before then, spent 7 years as a Vice President of the Retail/Commercial Division at Hogan & Associates, Inc. Prior to Hogan & Associates, Inc., Chad spent 3 years at Grubb & Ellis as a Senior Associate in their Retail Division. In this capacity, he was responsible for retail and office property representation, assisting in the leasing, sale and ground-up development of shopping centers/office buildings and the sale of commercially zoned and improved land to users, investors and speculators.

Chad earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Arizona State University in 1999 and has been a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent since 1999. Chad is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
