Founded in 1987, the Land Advisors Organization was originally branded as Arizona Land Advisors to serve the Phoenix metropolitan area. As a non-traditional brokerage company, our foundation was, and still remains, built on the experience of deeply knowledgeable land specialists, a collaborative network of market experts and offices and the application of cutting-edge data display technology. The result is a relationship-based business model that provides accurate, comprehensive and objective counsel to our clients.

As our clients clearly embraced the merits of this model, we quickly realized that our unique approach to land brokerage would be beneficial to clients across the country. Our growth in size and scope has been exponential in each of our markets. Rapidly expanding to 20 unique markets in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Utah and Texas, we plan to broaden our service by opening additional offices in high growth markets across the country.
